This Refund Policy governs purchases, subscriptions, downloadable assets, licensing fees, and all related transactions made through NoirStudio ("NoirStudio," "we," "our," or "us").
By purchasing or subscribing to NoirStudio, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. Digital Products
NoirStudio provides access to digital products and downloadable creative assets, including but not limited to:
- music
- stems
- sound effects
- loops
- textures
- scene packs
- creator assets
- downloadable files
- subscription-based content
Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital delivery, all purchases are generally final.
2. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Once any asset, file, pack, stem, sound effect, or downloadable content has been accessed or downloaded, the transaction is non-refundable.
This includes:
- individual asset purchases
- premium downloads
- scene packs
- subscription content
- creator tools
- digital licenses
NoirStudio does not provide refunds for:

- accidental purchases
- change of mind
- lack of usage
- creative dissatisfaction
- compatibility issues
- project cancellations
- failure to understand platform features
4. Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Unless otherwise required by law:
- subscription payments are non-refundable
- partial billing periods are non-refundable
- unused time is non-refundable
- prorated refunds are not provided
Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions before renewal dates.
Canceling a subscription stops future billing only and does not retroactively refund previous charges.
5. Free Trials and Promotions
If offered, free trials or promotional periods automatically convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the renewal date.
Users are solely responsible for managing cancellations before billing occurs.
6. Commercial Licenses
Commercial licensing fees, custom licensing agreements, enterprise licensing, and negotiated sync agreements are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
- immediate account suspension
- permanent account termination
- revocation of licensing rights
- restriction from future platform access
- legal collection efforts where permitted
NoirStudio reserves the right to dispute illegitimate chargebacks with payment providers.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued at NoirStudio's sole discretion in limited circumstances, including:
- duplicate charges
- verified technical billing errors
- legally required consumer protections
Any approved refunds may be partial or full depending on the situation.
9. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content, please contact support before requesting a refund.
NoirStudio may attempt to:
- restore access
- reissue downloads
- resolve account issues
- troubleshoot compatibility problems
Technical support does not guarantee refund eligibility.
10. Pricing Changes
NoirStudio reserves the right to:
- change subscription pricing
- modify membership features
- discontinue plans
- update licensing structures
Pricing changes apply prospectively and do not entitle users to refunds for prior purchases.
11. Policy Modifications
NoirStudio reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
